Hello Everyone,

I am making this post simply to provide others with some information on accessories that work with Charter Arms Professional MK IV 7 Shot Revolvers chambered in .32 H&R Magnum.

In the top picture I have the following:

-Speedbeez R327-07 speedloader and loading block, designed for the GP100 in .327 but works for the 7 shot Charter Arms Professional.

-5 Star Firearms R7-327 speedloader and loading block, also designed for the GP 100, it too works for the 7 shot Charter Arms Professional.

*Note all known grips from Charter Arms and Premium Gun Grips impede smooth loading from a speed loader and would have to be reduced to flush with the frame at maximum crane extension to eliminate this impediment.

-Charter Arms model # 63270 Charter Arms Professional MK IV 7 Shot Revolver chambered in .32 H&R Magnum with black nitride coating. Charter Arms Grips have been replaced with Premium Gun Grips Rosewood & White Fire Pearl accent Charter Arms Grips and a BK S&W J frame grip.

*Note both grips had to be reduced in some areas to allow both to fit at the same time and to allow proper function of the hammer spring within the grip frame. This was done with a dremel in both cases and the grips are now solid with no wobble even though there are some gaps.

-Charter Arms model # 73230 Charter Arms Professional MK IV 7 Shot Revolver chambered in .32 H&R Magnum stainless steel. Charter Arms Grips have been replaced with Premium Gun Grips Charter Arms Grips Universal Fit Rosewood Pearl Checkered. These grips required no work for a tight fit.

-Blackhawk TecGrip Size 0 pocket holster. This holster always stays in my pocket when I draw either revolver from it and allows easy access to the grip of the firearm. C233A58F-3DA7-4DBF-BFEF-3CC77198E234.jpeg CC427BE0-E4EA-4F49-83B2-30F6D5EFFFFE.jpeg BB202113-5C7B-4855-9828-A1744A5A8AA8.jpeg

The early ones didn't shoot where they pointed due to the sight design. Many here wanted to love them but shooting a foot or 2 high/low (I forget which way) turned us off.

How long have you had yours? Does it shoot to point of aim?

Thanks!

Also, thanks for the accessory tips! I'll be looking for them if they have fixed the sights.

I found that once I followed gun-tests aiming advice “We rested the bottom edge of the fiber optic pipe on the bottom of the notch.” My accuracy improved significantly. I am happy with my groupings at 10 yards, and only just now scored enough .32 h&r mag ammo to startto push my pistol shooting out to 15, 20, and 25 yards.

Oh and to answer your other question I have had my stainless steel one since April 2022 and the black nitride one for just about a month now after I asked the fine people of the highroad if they had multiples of their EDC. It's only been to the range once as it took a bit to get the ammo and grips for it, but range performance was good. Mostly I was just checking to see if I would need to send it into charter arms or not before I could trust it. So far so good.
