Of those choices, I would go with either the XDm, SR9, or CZ75.
The XDm is a reliable gun, and very accurate for me. Mine is chambered in .45. I love the ergonomics of this gun. It fits my hand really well. The trigger is pretty decent.
The Ruger SR9 is also very reliable and accurate. My brother has the SR9c, and has shot over 1000 rounds now so far without any issues. I put several mags through it during our last range trip and found that I could shoot it pretty well. The trigger on the newer SR9 is pretty nice.
The CZ75 is an awesome gun. I recently traded mine away to get the XDm .45. It is soft shooting due to being an all steel gun, very accurate, and reliable as well. I am just not a fan of DA/SA triggers anymore, or hammer fired for that matter, so I decided to trade it off.
