RG, I didn't call you a sophomore. But I agree, everyone has an opinion and everyone is welcome to stick to it.

They are both lousy as 357, unless you're a big guy with a grip of iron. You'll back off to 38 Special, so you might as well buy a nice 38 Special or something heavier to handle the 357. You already have the best 357 for carry, assuming 357 caliber and 4" barrel. Buying a 357, knowing you will shoot 38, doesn't make sense to me. If you reload, then you can make it work, but it will shoot like a 38.

there you go...full context. i'm not sure why you can't get it through your head that some people just don't have the issue with .357 in a snub that you seem to. you even go so far as to tell the OP what he's going to do with regards to ammo choice as if it's a given. then you go on to say that (based on your own presumptions) he might as well buy x. that's called a "recommendation" no matter how you try to back talk your way out of it.

at any rate, i'm finished with the english lesson. it's clear by posts such as "out of context" that you are bent on arguing to save face instead of adding to or continuing the discussion on .357 in a smaller carry platform. we all have our opinions, and validity of such has nothing to do with it. as i said before, you prefer .357 in larger gun, plenty of others find it just as useful in a snubby. different strokes for different folks.

Why is that so important to you? I said the guns were lousy 357s and am sticking to it. If you needed to challenge that, take ownership of the fallout.
