The P35 Hi Power is the pistol that sucked me into the whole 9mm thing---bought my first one way back before 9mm was even popular (yeah, I am old!)---currently have three, the latest being an FN marked piece with the SFS system factory installed---really good shooter---enjoy yours!

I love's me some Hi-Powers!

I have four myself, two standards in 9mm (one unshot), one MkIII (black epoxy finish) in 9mm and a Practical in 40S&W. The trigger on my standard was pretty nice out of the box, the MkIII is grittier and heavier. I don't have a trigger pull gauge. Both have smoothed some with use. I have not removed the mag safety in any of mine. They are great pistols, naturally point and very accurate for me. I have no problems with hammer bite. Definitely one of my favorite pistols to shoot!
