New Henry 22

I was helping my neighbor sight in his new Henry 22. It had a pretty heavy trigger pull but overall the gun was pretty nice. The only problem was at 50 yards the gun shot 8 inches high. So we adjusted the sight as far as it would go to make it hit lower but it was still shooting 6 inches high. This was with three different shooters from a bench rest. As we can't adjust the sight anymore I said that he should a buy either a rimfire scope or a red dot. What do you think he should do?

I'd have the dealer send it back. I'm sure Henry will make it right.

Moving the sight only changed the POI 2 inches?
