New Lone Wolf 9mm Glock Lower - 3 Gun Match

I posted this on the rifle thread, but reposting here for Glock fans looking for 9mm AR conversions.

I have been considering getting a 9mm upper to use for the 3 gun match, but wanted to use Glock magazines I have plenty.

Lone Wolf Distributors website is selling the new AR Glock 9mm lower shown at the 2010 SHOT show for $349 (stripped lower $199) that accept other 9mm AR uppers like Olympic Arms. What do you think?

I think if you had an olympic 9mm AR you would be waisting money as they already use glock magazines.

My 9mm AR uses standard colt mags. If I had or wanted to I could switch the lower to run anything from .22lr to 50bmg. With the one above you are stuck with one thing.

My Olympic Arms 9mm upper uses modified sten mags and I only have two. If this lower would work with my upper that would be great. As both me and my wife shoot g34s in competition and we have about 30 Glock mags between the two of us. Plus we could use the 33 round Glock mags that are available. I would like to know how to find if it is compatible.

Deckard, you are in luck! Comments from AR/9mm forums indicate the Olympic Arms upper works out of the box.

RRA and Colt uppers require some machining to the bolt to clear Glock magazine lips. Some say RRA/Colt bolt require machining on both sides.
