New Mexico: On Monday, March 7, the House Judiciary Committee is tentatively scheduled to consider HB 641, an NRA-backed Right To Carry Reform bill which lowers the minimum age for a Concealed Handgun License to 21, gives the Department of Public Safety the authority to enter into reciprocal agreements with certain other states, and makes several other changes to streamline the training and licensing process. The committee will meet at 1:30 pm (or upon House adjournment) in Room 309 of the State Capitol in Santa Fe.
