FWIW

The parent company “D & M Holding Company” is not to be confused with “D & M Holdings, Inc” a legitimate electronics company owning brands such as Boston Acoustics.

The former is being sued by SIG alleging three employees left SIG and started or went to D & M Holding Company violating non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.

I don’t know the latest on the litigation but here is a link to a 2022 court ruling essentially saying that SIG has a case against the ring leader.

So, if there are primers out there better get them quick

Seriously, I of course have no idea if the litigation has any impact good or bad on primer production by White River but it’s worth knowing about.
