Now even .9mm ammo is selling out

I modded up some old mechanical pencils to place my .9mm hollow points in the case.

And ya gotta use cylindrical powder, otherwise its too hard to count. :cuss:

My model k10 works like a flintlock so thankfully no primers for me! :neener:

Y'all really are a very dense bunch...

Maybe yall have been breathing too much Hoppes fumes.

Well if I can't find ammo to shoot I gotta fall back on other hobbies right?

Great... now the Hoppes is going to get scarce. I'd better rush out and buy all I get from each of the big boxes and order a few pallets online.

The .9 is notoriously underpowered...which is why I stepped up to a .10
This, too, explains why the .45 has 150x the knockdown power of a "nine."

Then, I was wondering, given how small these are -- .9mm = 0.0354331 in. -- maybe they aren't really all sold out, but are all on the shelf behind the occasional box of .270 still on the shelves out there.

The firearms illiteracy of our fourth estate knows no bounds.

Just like a bunch of red state fly-over country redneck gun lovers to disrespect their blue state coastie betters--a San Francisco newspaper--putting a period in front of a millimeter caliber designation. All caliber designations start with a period don't you know. (Except the occassional news reports that call the .50 caliber Barrett a 50mm antitank gun.)

Besides, folks, anti-gunners pride themselves their ignorance--knowing anything factual about guns is beneath their dignity. Knowing what a "shoulder thing that goes up" is, is not as important as blindly supporting instantly felonizing all us gun lovers who own a gun with that feature, no matter what it does. Calling attention to such a mistake just makes you as one of "those people". To true believers mere facts are never as important as their capital-T Truth.

How embarrassing... all this time, I've been calling them decimals. Periods it is, and thanks for putting all the facts in order.

Even more embarrassing........all this time I've been calling them decimal points.

Oh crud, guess I'm going to have to get another conversion barrel...once that .9mm gets back in stock of course

The best part about shooting the .9 mm is the low recoil, one doesn't even need the shoulder thingy that goes up:banghead:
