Old pistol identity?

Double barreled caplock pocket pistol being saved. Bore is 0.397" +/-
Interested in learning its manufacturer or at least country of origin,
Only mark on pistol is on its left side. Any help will be appreciated.
Same position of camera, but different lighting.

Just a wild guess, but LEG could be Leige, Belgium- home to many old-timey gunmakers including Francotte.

"ELG" - proof mark indicating that the barrel was made in Liege, Belgium, nothing more.
