Just starting to reload and hoping I can find a powder that works great for both 9mm and 10mm. I'll be doing 10mm for sure - looking at AA #7 for that. But after the responses on my other threads, I'll most likely get the 9mm dies as well.

Any recommendations?

10 mm

I don't shoot 9mm but for 10mm, I use AA # 9. You didn't tell us what size bullet that you're using. Personally, I use 180 grains of JHP, with an OAL of 2.50". Using this, I load 14 grains.

I highly suggest you going to the Accurate Arms web site to look at the data.

For 10mm -
Well , my first thought was 180 JHP or similar. But that's what I typically buy factory, so I thought I would try reloading either 155 or 165 gr.

For 9mm I was going to use 124 gr FMJ for plinking. Similar to Winnie White box stuff at wally world.

WSF is the perfect powder for just about any pistol cartridge (it helps that I bought a keg of it for $90 not too long ago), and there is load data available for 9mm, .40S&W, and 10mm.

I wish there was published data available for revolver cartridges. I use Herco data and work up carefully.

You probably won't like AA#7 but you will probably like HS-6, Longshot or Powder Pistol as a combined 9mm/10mm powder. I like Longshot best.
