Many years ago I bought a pps 43c. I know from other online posts that many people had issues with the hammers breaking. Mine never did but it looked far worse than any other hammer I had on any of my other guns. For that reason I have always kept my eye out for a replacement and I finally found one. These guns were originally imported by IO inc. However, they stopped a few years ago but pioneer arms recently started importing them. If you contact pioneer arms they will sell you a new hammer for a few bucks (though they took a week to get back to me so expect a wait). I just got mine today and thought I would share in case anyone has a boat anchor they want to turn back into a gun.
