Price Check: Egyptian Maadi

Ok so I was ok gun browsing today and I came across an Egyptian Maadi that was labeled "Eygyptian MISR"

Its built on a CAI reciever.

The rifle looked exactly like this one....

The rifle had a great bore but cosmetically the receiver was very scratched up.

The asking price was $339.....is this a good deal?

Honestly I could get a WASR for almost the same price in new condition. Is there any reason to choose the MISR instead?

id pay 399 for an egyptian, they are a heck of alot better than the new variants they have on the market right now.

"Misr" spelled out in English is the Arabic word for Egypt. So I would guess that it is just displaying both so English and Arabic readers and understand that it is Egpytian.
