Those EMG test are very painful
Yes, I guess they can be. This isn't my first rodeo with this, but it's been a good 10 years since the last one. I've already had a couple carpal tunnel releases on both wrist beside a arthoplasty on the right, and a 4 pt fusion on the left. But if another carpal tunnel release will help, I'm all for it. It's tough not being able to pick up a pot of coffee.

So did you have different lighting conditions
Not really. It's a sunny day just like last time, but I'm under a canopy on the deck, so it is shaded to some degree. I just took the deflectors off, and back up some. My deck is only 12' deep, so I can't go back very far with the chrono sitting on the deck also. I colored the first five rounds with a black marker, but after that I didn't, and it still seemed to chrono well. I think the muzzle blast from the factory Feds was the issue to begin with. I haven't shot any of them since. The reloads are working with the chrono OK; at least they did today. Just for the record, the reloads were with WSF and HP-38. Also I was just shooting the 40 cal today; the Feds were out of a 9mm. I just loaded up some 9mm this aftn, so I'll be shooting them next and I'll try the Feds out again to see if it happens once more.

Don't own a .40 but WSF is my go to powder for 9mm, good stuff IMO.
If the chrono misbehaves remind it about what happened to it's rear end before and that it can be replaced for 1/2 price:evil::)

Sound like maybe you were just a little to close or possibly lighting.

A foot or 2 can make a big difference with a crony. WSF is my go to powder for 9mm and my old shooting partners 40 cal. I've always like the push feel vs the snappy recoil.

I shoot off my back porch too, but its not for target practice. I have coons an hogs :cuss: coming into my feeder 80 yrds away. I set traps for the coons but have not be able to since my surgery. The hogs are treated to a 325gr HP launched from my 458 SOCOM :D. I try to get 2 for 1 when ever I can.:D I haven't been able to shoot either :(. Hopefully my Dr will remove the splint tomorrow when I see him for the post op visit. Then I will be able to shoot again.

I started trying these powders over a year ago. I really like the WST a whole lot in my 45acp. It doesn't take much either. WSF is looking real promising in the 40 cal.

I don't have any hogs out here, but do see a coon occasionally and trap them like you and drop them off elsewhere. Coyotes are everwhere though. You won't see any rabbits around here because of them. They move around though. Usually when I start seeing the turkeys down the hill, I'll start noticing and hearing Coyotes. Then when the turkeys leave, the coyotes disappear also. I notice you live in East TX; We've been wanting to get over to South Lake sometime and visit a church there.
