Also, with the long rail you've got a lot of room to slide your bipod or railed bag to just the 'right" spot.
In this pic for instance, I've slid my bipod back to have both front and rear support on the barrel top:
I've also got an Arca mounted thin bag that can be positioned anywhere on the rail.
Pic rail, due to the cross bar you've got to remove the bipod to reposition. Unclamp the Arca attachment and it will slide full length. As Walkalong said, the Acrca is wide, flat, stable and no "cheese grater" effect when gripping it.
