question about changing an AR 10 stock

I have a dpms tac 20. It has a fixed stock on it. I want to get the magpul prs stock for the gun. On midways website it says

Note: This stock requires a rifle length buffer, buffer tube extension and spring which must be purchased seperately.

Since my gun already has a stock, will i just be able to buffer, buffer tube extension, and spring from my gun (does my gun already have those), or do i need to buy new ones of those?

You can use the RE, buffer, and spring that you have.
