Several months ago I posted that I had a 67E 12 gauge pump shotgun that would not release the slide after firing without pushing the release button. I took it apart and found that the spring that was supposed to be caught by a pin on the hammer was bent, the hammer and the pin that it pivoted on was worn enough to let the hammer move sideways quite a bit. I ordered the three parts from Numrich, installed them, and found that the gun was worse than before I started. I had to reshape the new spring before the hammer pin would catch it. I took the gun out a couple of days ago and it worked fine. I fired it, worked the slide (without having to push the release button), fired it, worked the slide, fired it, and ejected the last spent shell with no problems!
