Rifle magazines = any ideas as to what it fits ?

Hopefully I have sent a3 pics to this thread so someone can tell me what they think ,or know these magazines fit.
They are in prime condition,and do NOT fit an AK74 or AK47,in either 7.62 X 39 or 5.45 X 39.
If you have a guess,that would be worth looking at,if you know = all the better.

If 5.56 goes in it, I would guess one of the following: Galil, Valmet, or AK. Yes, AK. There were some AK's imported into the states (I think from China) that were 5.56/223. I had one (many moons ago). I have no idea if any of the mags for the Valmet, Galil, or 223 AK interchange.

Definitely a Galil mag. Worth around $20 in good condition.

Doesn't look long enough for a Galil mag. If it takes 35 rounds it's Galil. If less it's a 5.56 AK.

Judging by the shape, I'd guess it's some sort of 5.56 AK mag

No standardization in 5.56 AK mags, so no idea what rifle it'd fit.

IIRC a Norinco 5.56 mag won't fit in a Poly Tech, even though both are made in China.

My bro thinks your spot on after he looked at other pic's online.
He has a box ful,and had no idea .
He thought it was for a AK74,but they did not fit mine.

The quality of the machining looks a lot like the East German made Weiger mags I had for my WASR 3 (not "ground to fit" like the Romanian 5.56 mags).

The mag pouch is East German "rain pattern" camo if that means anything.
