There is a difference between actually running tests and thinking about something.
Tests have been run as I referenced. Even if some small amount was vaporized, and so small that marking the bullet base did not show it at all and the tempilac (or whatever the name is of the thermal paint) showed the temperature the base saw never got over at most 200°F, it would STILL be completely masked by the primer.
