Rossi 92, hands down, any day of the week and twice on Sunday. The 1892 is a John Browning masterpiece. It is everything you need and nothing you don't in a pistol cartridge levergun design. The Henry is a big, overweight, overpriced clunker.
As far as customer service, people ALWAYS parrot the same thing about how great Henry's customer service is. Personally, I don't see it as a positive thing that so many people are so familiar with their customer service. It's a big red flag to me that so many people have needed their customer service. Just as I don't ever want to be too friendly with my mechanic. Yeah, it's great that they handle issues well but there shouldn't be any issues to begin with.
I also find it interesting that so many think Henry's quality is so high. I always considered them cheap guns. Although I did handle the Evil Roy .22 model and liked it, it's still a distant fourth behind Winchester, Marlin and Browning.
