I own the RAP45 and it is a good gun too.

As I've mentioned before, my testing was done in just over 30 days, with sessions running the pistol too hot to touch the slide.
Never disassembled.
Never cleaned.
Never lubed beyond the first lubing. Pistol was running dry after about the first 1000 rounds.
One magazine used throughout all testing.

All rounds used were commercial, 5000 of which were Black Hills FMJ.

Mine was deliberately intended to cause malfunctions, loading & firing as fast as I could.
I rode that pistol hard and put it away hot & dirty.
And then did it again.
And again.
And again.

During final accuracy testing at the end, one single light-weight bullet load had a feedramp stoppage, after which it finished up the testing without further issue, including more of that round. That same round had cycled perfectly in the beginning accuracy session.

Ruger's long-awaited professional-grade semi-auto pistol is finally here.
