Ruger does not sell full capacity mags?

No, Ruger is shipping guns with full capacity mags. Have already seen a few new production ones shipped with 15rnd mags.

9mm handgun mags, yes.
Everything else, no.
No Mini 14/30 mags, although I'm sure someone else will make them.
And yes, I think it may have been Bill's last decree to not make them.
I think the Miami shootout haunted him even though the mini was an LEO version.

The possible inclusion of the Mini-14 in the "Assault Weapon" ban is what haunted him. He's the one that thought up the magazine capicity limit trying to save his precious gun sales.

"No decent law abiding gun owner needs more than 10 rounds."

No decent gun owner needs to be owning a Ruger. I'd rather pay H&K or Sig 3 times the price of a Ruger just out of principle. H&K has a military/LE preference too but at least they didn't stick notes into Feinstein's suggestion box.

Easy for him to say. A rich old man who probably had a driver/bodyguard in his later years and never had to worry about whether or not 10 was enough. Sure, 10 should be enough. In an ideal world, you'll drop an assailant with one shot, but what if you don't (or if there's more than one). Or if your first shot just pisses him off and you end up in a gun battle using cover. 10 rounds can seem awfully limited in these situations.

The heck with Ruger. I like the looks of the Mini-14 and I like the action. I don't like the fact that so many people have reliability and accuracy problems with them.

Ruger's 10 round comment made sure I'd never buy another Ruger. Its for me to decided if I want a Hicap mag or not.We had to wait 10years to turn things around thanks to Ruger and his anti-gun friends Lets not let it happen again.

Well, the old man is dead!!
I'm sure that his son, with the proper motivation, could be made to see the light!!
However, guns are only a small part of Ruger's business. They also are into casting, golf clubs... etc!!!
In fact, Ruger is primarily an investment casting company now!!
Point is, they no longer care what their firearms customers think!!
Their diversification makes them immune to any boycott!!!
