The carbines could originally be purchased to use Glock, S&W or Beretta mags

I believe you're thinking of the Kel-tecs. My PC4 and all other PC9s and PC4s I've seen take the P-series magazines. My guess is it's probably one of the reasons they didn't do better - the P-series was never really popular in the LE market. There was rumor of a 'conversion kit' to allow them to take glock magazines, but I emailed Ruger a while back and they said no such kit existed.

If they make another carbine, my guess is they'd stick to their SR magazines, since they are high-capacity. Although it's hard to argue with the availability and affordability of glock magazines.

I would have said 'stop putting the stupid warnings on the gun that make it look like crap.
Car guys don't want to see on the side of their new mercedez - 'warning: do not drink and drive" "keep away from children" "read owner's manual"

Ruger is not alone but that's what I would have answered. And as far as I know there is no law requiring it (if I'm wrong than forget everything I just said :) )

In order of importance:

-lighter triggers on 77/22,17,44, and 357 out of the box (I understand they're all about safety, and I agree, but on a bolt gun? I think they could lighten them just a little bit).

-Free float the barrels on the Hawkeyes.

-Put the tang safety back on the Hawkeyes (but keep the better triggers).

-More rifles in .250 savage.

-I reeeeeeally want the 77/357 to come with a walnut stock. I'll be waiting...

I have boycotted ruger since bill ruger joined up with hillary and bill clinton in the 1990s to enact the most sweeping gun legislation in our history.

ruger will never recieve a thin dime from me.

Yawn, the company has turned 180 since then. Many major companies catered to anti sentiments at time.

Colt and Taurus supported smart guns.
Smith and Wesson's foilbles are well know.

Now they produce good guns for civilian carry and EBRs.

Don't we believe in redemption and that people can change?

A blued (not parked, etc...) sr1911 like the Colt 70s repro, but w/ 2 or 3 dot carry sights. I'm holding my breath...

1) Bring back the Deerfield 44s in stainless/ synthetic.
2) offer them in .357, using the 77/357 magazines.
3) the super redhawk renders the old redhawk fairly obselete as a hunting gun; bring it back as a slimmed-down, fixed sight .45 Colt.
4) AND 8-shot .357 mag.
5) and yes, why NOT an updated PC-9/ 40?

I have refused to buy Ruger products for the last +20 years because their founder Bill Ruger supported the gun bans enacted by Bill and Hillary Clinton..... Ditto for S&W.

Visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation, are we?
