Hello everyone,

I haven't posted in this section because I mainly focus and training with handguns, but I do own 2 BM's. I want to start becoming more proficient with the AR15 platform and will begin training real soon.

Anyway, the focus of the thread is to gain more or personal experience with the M&P15. I want to buy another AR but I was not too impressed with the BM as I had to do alot of corrections to 2 new rifles.

So I am looking for a flat top M4 setup and leaning towards flip up front & rear sites.

I wanted to get first hand advise from people who have used these AR platforms, what is your opinion?????

I am only interested in the S&W M&P15 or RRA as these are in my price range at my local dealer.

Get the M&P. Good rifle, good customer service.

+1 My is great. Had a problem with the buffer retaining pin but they fixed in about a month and half. Which is pretty good because it was a month after the election.

And they both have a 1:9 twist rate

Love my M&P. It's been (knock on wood) 100% reliable (barring a couple minor problems caused by a bad mag. Nothing attributable to the rifle). Great gun.

I thought BM was associated with the S&W AR-15:confused: Anyways, I have 2 RRAs and both are top notch, with no issues. I'd get a flat top, but with a front sight base instead of the gas block, one less thing to worry about;)
