Saiga .223 model Questions

Do any of you own one in its original configuration?

Have you tried the AK-74/ 103 molded magazines sold by K-VAR and do they work/ have the feed ramp built in the magazine??

I understand that all of the newer russian military mags for the AK-74 or the 103 series have the feed ramp on the magazine rather than in the action like a -47 based rifle.

Do the 5.56/ .223 rounds fit in the 5.54x 39 mags???
