Yeah, I bought mine years ago for about that price. Today, I would consider that a huge bargain.

Not that this matters, but years ago I bought my 1860 Army for $119 at Cabelas and that was the regular price (not a sale). Mine has always been a very good shooter. I was really surprised when I first got it, how good it shot.

Last BP revolver I got from Cabelas was a couple of years ago. It was a Pietta Remington New Model Navy and was on sale for $179 if I remember correctly. Took several months before I got it because it was on back order but it was worth the wait.

Hmmmmmm...the add says the cylinders are easily replaceable.... I guess Guido the Gorilla, Pietta's assembler, must have died and been replaced by a human.

LOL and gas was 22 cents a gallon, and fags 10 cents a pack. $1's worth of gas was good for the Saturday night Main Street cruise in those $25 cars.
