Does anyone out there know the diameter of Savage Anschutz MODEL 141M mounting groves?

My guess would be 3/8" or 11mm.

Same as almost every other .22 dovetail mount.

FWIW it's not a diameter, that would be whatever rings you mount to the parallel dovetails.

they are indeed 11mm, "tip off" dove tail mounts work well.
