Savage bottom bolt release extension

I looked all over before I posted this, can't seem to find anything available.

I have a Savage 10 with the bottom "metal" bolt release which I've moved into a McRees Precision chassis. The chassis simply leaves the area in front of the trigger open so you can get to the bolt release lever. But, it's not easy or intuitive to find the lever. It would be if someone made an extension that would drop it just above the trigger. Sort of like a Marlin hammer spur which grants easy access to a lever (hammer) that now has a riflescope in the way.

Funny I should this tonight as I just switched out a bottom release sear for a top release sear on my Model 10FCP-K tonight. It's a simple switch and the new sear was about $11 from Brownells. A very slight twist with a screwdriver moved the lever out enough to clear the unmachined side of the round action.

In my case I'd have to ditch the McRees chassis; the ones made for the bottom bolt release are not milled for a top release. Although, I may try calling them to see if it's possible to mill my chassis for top release.
