Savage Mk II Extraction Issue: FIXED

This may be common knowledge to some but I just figured it out myself. The last year or so I've been having some major issues with failure to eject cases in my Savage Mk II FV-SR. I finally sat down with it and figured it out. I had a piece backwards. The C-clip that holds the extractors was flipped around, probably from improper re-assembly after a cleaning. Just figured I would share a few quick pics because everybody likes pictures.

I had one for years. It came from the LGS with problems ejecting cases. I had heard others having similar problems and I called
Savage. They sent me a new ejector. It mitigated the problem but never completely fixed it. I'm glad your worked for you because I would like to someday get another.
