Received a letter in mail today from National Association for Gun Rights and Rand Paul in regards to the Gun Grabbing he is calling Sen. D. Feinstein's effort. I read through the letter and was getting ready to fill it out and return when my BETTER HALF asked what it was. I handed the letter and all to her and walked out the room while she was reading. Glad I did, I have never in our 15 yrs of marriage heard the language and words that my sweet little wife was spitting out. I went back and asked, like I had to ask, boy she was hot first thing she pointed out was the picture of Feinstein holding the AK with her finger on trigger which got her ripped by my wife. Sweet Texan woman of mine said quite simply, are they kidding and then she followed up with words that would warm any man's heart, "You go buy all the Guns you want". Think I will let her read it a second time.

Good, I'm glad there are plenty of sane people left in America with all these comments I've read on mainstream media articles. It wouldn't depress me so much that the high and might politicians are calling for it, but so many misinformed citizens actually think this gun control is a good idea.

I wonder how many Germans, English and Australian citizens were fed enough lies that THEY thought gun control/registration/confiscation was a good idea?

I received this letter as well and almost sent money that I really can't afford. But I did a bit of research on National Association for Gun Rights and didn't find much if anything good about them so I held back and sent an email to Rand Paul about it. As yet I have not received a response, so my money is staying in my wallet for now.

I don't know anything about the National Association for Gun Rights, but I do support Rand Paul in almost everything he stands for (at least for now). Sending money is not a problem but I would like to find out just who and what they are.

please go back and read the rules for the activism thread. this is a place to share actionable plans.

I got the letter yestersday here in Virginia. That group has been running ads saying that my Rep representive is for gun control. I've heard him speak and he is not. I can't support a group that uses tactics of liberals to call attention to their cause. Does more harm than good.

I donate to NAGR and the NRA regularly altho there seems to be some dissension between the two. It seems the NRA didn't something the NAGR didn't approve of, however I have no idea what it was.
Yesterday, my brother and a friend went to Bass Pro Shop in Cucamonga for lunch. Out of curiousity we went upstairs to check on the arms situation. There were a few rifles against the wall, the display case was full of empty pistol cradles but very few pistols. The ammo section, too, was cleaned out.

I received the same letter and I wonder why Senator Rand Paul would affiliate himself with NAGR instead of SAF or CCRKBA or other better known 2A organizations with cleaner reputations?

No offense, but on average if a politicians lips are moving there is a better than even chance they are not telling the truth! Go back and look at the voting record of your Rep just to verify the pretty words he or she spoke.
