Know what you mean.Just curious.... If you were sitting in IHop and ordered eggs over medium, and the waitress brought out scrambled eggs, would you post on the internet if you should call her back and ask for an exchange for the eggs over medium like you ordered? I mean, have we, as a society, really gotten to the point where we are going to take the time to post on the internet about an extra $10 shipping charge before we even call the company and just ask them? Wow. That's like $.35 per day for a month.
Why does everything have to be such drama? Somebody likely made a mistake, just call them and ask about it. Then whatever the outcome, maybe, if you feel so inclined, let people know about your customer service experience with them so they either get more business for being decent about it, or get less business if they aren't decent about it.
I winch and all but gag when I see a thread headed, "Talk me into or out of "whatever" or "help me select a "whatever" gun for lemmings or mastodons.
Good grief, enough already.
