I'm at work and the TV is on. Just finished watching the finals of the national match, Norwegian "CMP/NRA" type high power rifle. I understand the US nationals are taking place these days too.
I just thought you might find it interesting that the largest national TV station had the following coverage of our matches:
Thursday: 7.30 - 8.25 pm
Friday: 10.10 - 11.00 pm
Saturday: 3.45 - 5.15 pm
I know this is competition, I'm posting in General because I'm thinking more about the TV aspect than the competition itself.
3 hours and 15 minutes of TV coverage isn't too bad for what after all is a sport that isn't that exciting to watch on TV. The results and maybe a short clip will get on the various news broadcasts later tonight.
I'm under the impression your networks aren't very interested in the shooting sports?
