I now carry a wonderful Ruger P95 in one of my AIWB leather holsters every single day. When I bought my gun new-to-me from my son-in-law to be, I made the mistake of trying it out at the range dry. The slide bound up on the polymer frame rails giving me FTE's, failures to go fully into battery etc. . A re-cleaning and light application of Breakfree CLP to moving parts solved all troubles.
Because of heat, sweat, humidity and such I've been occasionally applying a drop or three of the Breakfree CLP to the slide rails to assure function if ever needed.
I want to try a good gun grease though on this Ruger as well as my stainless CZ75B and some others. As a tiny tot I learned from Daddy to use RIG gun grease. Came in a tiny gray tube and that lasted a long time. What's out there in greases now please I should buy?
As always I thank you. Don.
