Bianchi (now Safariland) Speed Strips are a normal thing for me to carry. Speed Strips are only speedy for the first two rounds, but that is OK, because a complete reload is better done with a speed-loader, and, the best/quickest “reload” is a second gun. 
Tuff Strips seem to de-polymerize disappointingly quickly. (Maybe they are not even polymer, in the first place.) I will not buy any more Tuff Strips. Bianchi strips will, eventually, crack, too, but endure much longer.
