About 3 months ago I bought a new Walther PDP SD Pro from the gun club I belong too.
I got it home and on shooting it the first time I noticed the trigger wasn't at the advertised 3.8 lbs more like 4.8lb on my Shimpo Strain gauge, so I sent it back to them for that and a jamming problem.
That's water under the bridge now. I don't hold grudges but I will never trust them again either.
So in the above thread I referenced one of our members graciously gave me the Springco Competition Trigger spring kit part number so I ordered it right on Black Friday.
I opened it last night at 6:00pm and the recoil management system and extra recoil springs I ordered were in the bag but the competition trigger kit wasn't there. It was on the invoice and I was charged for it.
I was still feeling down about the Walther, and now this happened. It's like this gun and everything about it is jinxed. The jamming part is gone, I stripped it with Hoppe's gun scrubber when it came back from Walther and hosed it down with Rem Oil. Greased the slide with Lubri-plate and so on.
So anyways,
I emailed Springco last night (Saturday) at about 6pm and they answered my email at 8:10 pm in the evening, on a Saturday. They said I was definitely invoiced for it and the shipper missed putting it in the shipping bag. They are sending it out Monday morning, first thing.
Wow! What great customer service! I feel like this PDP might turn out ok after all now. I also bought the recoil management system from them and will try it out today. It's a specialized recoil spring system that replaces the factory slide spring. I got the red spring for hotter loads and the yellow one for lighter loads and can't wait to try it out. I'll head for the range today and try the red spring first with some of my heavier loads.
I'm excited to shoot this thing again. Hopefully, good time ahead.

Walther Customer Service. Not Good!
I already own a Walther PDQ Q5 SF Pro 9mm target gun. I always thought the world of it. So I went out and bought a PDP SD Pro which has their "Dynamic Performance Trigger" system that was listed on their website, under the parts area as 3.8 lbs break. I checked their web site several...
