Summer carry

I wish I had a good carry weapon for summer. Can't afford one right now. All I have is a 4" GP100 .357. No problem to carry with a jacket with my shoulder rig. When I feel I want to carry in the summer, I have resorted to a waist bag. (fanny pack). I prefer not to wear those silly things, but it does work well. The draw is pretty quick too with the velcro tear away. I think an SP101 or similar is on my wish list.

Beeper Holster

This holster hold most guns big or small. It slides inside your pants in front and is held in place by a fake beeper. You reach in your pocket and lift gun and it will slide up out of belt line in a giffy. I can carry my Pm 45 and it looks like you are packin a little extra Johnson not a pistol. You can also tuck your shirt in with no ill efcts on presentation. Bought mine for 50 bucks at gun show. Don't know if the guy ships or not.

Have you tried thunderwear or smartcarry? It works with guns that are too big for a pocket. I've done it all day with a 3" Taurus M66 revolver and with a 2.3" Ruger SP101.

I really prefer pocket carry, but thunderwear is a decent option. Hard to get at when you're seated, though. It has its problems, but concealed it is.
