Where is he getting the money since Operation Chokepoint is supposed to be calling in his consolidation loan and shutting him down?
Exactly. I'd like to know what his capitalization is. Opening a new ammunition factory doesn't sound like a good business plan, considering the severe ups and downs of demand, and the huge up-front investment required in plant and equipment
No.RustyShackelford ....BTW; didn't the last munitions industry lead plant in MO close down?

I thought the US shooting sports industry would go in a tailspin after that media story.
I don't know what articles you looked up, but, for those of us who followed this garbage in the beginning, there was nothing that was taken out of context about his support for ban of online ammo sale.EDIT:
I looked over a few online articles. The FFL holder/veteran behind Tactical Firearms in Katy Texas claims his remarks were edited & taken out of context. He also explained that he has no problems with online ammunition or gun sales.
It seems this guy may be on the level but it still sounds a tad odd.
