Several months ago I picked up a Knight T-Bolt rifle mostly because the price was so cheap I could not leave it. Over this time I picked up the Triple 7 pellets, 209 primers and 45cal rounds with sabots but have never had any real desire to shoot it. This afternoon for some reason I got it out and decided to at least give it a try. I am lucky because for the most part all I have to do is walk out back and can shoot just about anything short of a 105 howitzer with out worry. Shooting from range of around 40-45 yards free handed. First shot was with two pellets - 100 gr- of triple7 and the 45cal with sabot. Maybe I just don't know how but it was a real bugger to get it seated, and I guess I was expecting more recoil my shot was low and to the right. Next three shots was with loose Triple 7 powder - 100g- with .490 patched ball. Now I will be the first to say that my shooting is way off from what it was 25 to 30 yrs ago, and will give credit to the rifle. But think I might just keep this thing cause it does shoot good and recoil is very acceptable. :D
