The reason to post this is for notes when preparing comments to the proposed changes from BATFE on "frames & receivers". Senator Cruze provides good points on the fact that it is a crime to sell a firearm that you make to another, a crime to shoot another except in self defense, and on and on. He also makes the point that the claims of some sort of epidemic is made up and they aren't used in crime to any noticeable extent.
If I can find a text of his speech I'll post it for easy cut/paste into the comments to BATFE.
