It sure does have plenty to do with it.

There are two 45 colt rounds in common use. They are differentiated by the letters after the number 45. You have two kinds of 45s to choose from(generally speaking) ACP or LC. I hope I don't have to tell you what the "LC" stands for.
 
Remo do you not understand what i was saying? Although people use it to differentiate between the acp and the original colt nowadays, it wasn't part of the original argument. There was a long and a short cartridge for the 45 colt government revolvers. What gets folks panties in a wad is when someone says 45 long colt when referring to the revolver.
 
Went to 2 places and called 3 other about the S & W G'nor. Everyone told they are not yet availiable and won't be or several months. I don't know if they are pulling my leg or what.
