I've been a member of the Ohio Gun Collectors Ass. for a long time but a member of this forum for only a short time. This weekend was the first show that I went to and seeing it through the eyes of the rest of you guys. It truly is a museum with price tags and it is big. The club puts on a show every second month and is in my area every other show. So the show I get to go to are 4 months apart.
I saw two original Walkers in perfect condition with price tags that would put make your first house seem cheap.
The problem with a OGCA show is that you must be a member or be a guest of a member to go to it and a guest can not buy guns. A guest must fill out an application that is distributed to a member and must be signed by the member. To become a member one must apply and be vouched for by 2 members and the membership must be presented to the membership for approval. All this just to appreciate weapons of note.
