Some places can buy the parts off ebay and make a gun, whereas under their laws
it may not be possible to buy a complete revolver. Sounds crazy, but some places have
grandfather clauses for old guns. Including black powder guns. You just cannot buy new ones.
Stranger things have happened. My favorite ROA is blue steel-- and very much a tack driver.
Gave my stainless ROA to my Son in Navy. Question: Is RAN CAN still making cylinders
and do they deepen cylinders on thiers? Any new sources for extra cylinders? Thanks
