They HEART our monehs........

So frustrating...I dont WANT(need) another .280AI, or rifle in general.....but i want that one......

I think it would make a great Omni-rifle.

It would have given the M70 EW/SS a run.

Really wanted a 24" .280 Rem.

Will suffer through the 22" .270 WCF, however.

Sorry, but for me if it's going to be an "African 7mm" its got to be x 57mm.

Now that rifle in 9.3mm x 62mm I'd go for. It appears much less "clunky" and more sleek than my Ruger 416 Rigby M77 mk2 Magnum Express rifle.

For Africa I've got 7x57, 375 H&H, and 416 Rigby covered, but no 9.3 (or .458).

I've turned down a couple of 9.3x57's... I'm still holding out for a 9.3x62

Wifey's garden is safe from Jumbo... It's the damn out of season elk that I got problems with.
There's usually a 9.3x62 online, they did them a few years ago.

The 9.3x62mm's are an interesting affair.

Beautiful wood and 24" Bbl, but thin near the tip, like a high-end mountain rifle.

The previous run used the heavier .375 contour. This appears to be the same as the 7mm and 6.5mm before it.

Great field rifle, but will need to test more to see if the accuracy holds w/ repeated shots.

Right now, I'm still gettin' used to its gentle caress.
