In Illinois we are living with an AWB implemented in January. Several regional courts have ordered TROs for their regions and the particular plaintiffs. The ban is still in place for the vast majority of the rest of the state.
One of the LGSs involved has resumed sales of items on the banned list subject
to the caveat shown. obviously their legal team is guiding them through this. You have a FOID and pass a background check you can buy what ever you want.
My question is,if the courts find for the state, what happens to those that purchased a MSR under the TRO?
