No, not the huge 4000 table show. But it was a nice show (7/22/06). I saw a lot of primo handguns. Cherry collector's Colts and Smiths.

I saw a mint Colt Diamondback with a four inch barrel. The guy wanted
$899. I think I could have talked him down, but I've already spent my budget on handguns. (It stinks to be broke!)

I also saw a Ruger SP101 357 mag stainless snub nose with bobbed hammer. It, too, was mint. Only $330. (Still sucks to be broke.)

But it was a nice show. Combination gun/hunting equipment show. I'm getting kind of pumped for hunting season.

Oh, and remember how the air conditioner was busted during Wanenmacher's show? They got it fixed. People were whining how they were freezing. One was even wrapped in a blanket. I felt great!!

As a matter of fact I do.
You know it is hot inside a gun show when the Sales of Ice, iced drinks, ice cream- outsell Beef Jerkey and the lines to the water fountain are longer than those in the restrooms.
Poor ladies, standing in line only to see a water fountain up ahead...:p

Tulsa is great to gun folks, and this is before one enters the gun show. Inside is well managed and everything comes together for everyone.

The do tend to get some super nice firearms to show...and not just one or two of a platform, all over there are nice guns.

I will never forget seeing all them Model 27s just rows of them...another table of K frames again rows, another J frames...

Thanks for sharing...Tulsa is a great show anytime.
