Hello to all!
I am looking for information about a certain "flavor" of this revolver. The Uberti USA site shows the revolver with only the end of the hammer screw showing on the right side of the frame, whereas the trigger and bolt screw ends do not show, telling me that they are in "blind" holes and Uberti had to use an end tap to achieve threading on the right side of the frame.
This is historically correct.
I have emailed Uberti USA and their reply is that Taylor's is the importer of these guns. I have an email inquiry in to Taylor's and awaiting a response.
Any Uberti Whitneyville Dragoon I have seen for sale (Midway, et al) have all three screw ends showing.
In the interim period, does anyone here have one such as I am describing, or have seen a real example of one?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Jim
