Universal De-Cap Die

Just bought one (RCBS Universal De-Capping Die) and have bent/broke two pins and still on the first case. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions? KRAP!!! :banghead:

Berdan primed brass?

Or, loosen the lock screw and feel around till you find the Boxer primer hole, then screw it on down far enough to knock out the primer.

Then, tighten the lock-nut with it centered in the flash-hole.

Get the Lee one. I've got an RCBS Rockchukkar kit that I reload with, so when I first got it 2 years ago I thought RCBS was the king of reloading. Since then, I've converted everything to Lee except for my Press itself. Lee is cheaper, and I've had no problems in over 1000 est. decaps from the Lee universal decapper. No more RCBS dies of anykind anymore.
