Folks, MilkmanDan is taken from a character in a comic usually posted at "The Onion" among other places. He's a sociopath of sorts, but entertaining. It's generally posted in online rags enjoyed by those of a leftier persuasion (and conservatives with bad senses of humor like me), I'd imagine that this is some Bush haters attempt to make soldiers look bad,or just meaningless tripe at any rate.
