Sorry folks.
I was just being sarcastic with that 'what might go down' comment above.
Interesting how my 'comment'
had some jump to the conclusion I would harm the peace officer.
I can see where the insinuation may be there, but rest assured...
I wouldn't risk going to jail, just to take my family on a stroll in our national
parks SAFELY anymore.
That's why I concluded, until this violation of our constitutional rights is restored...
Me and mine will simply steer clear of national parks in the future.
Because the present administration apparently doesn't feel the American citizens have
a right to defend themselves in nation parks.
(OMG another gun free zone)...
I'm simply trying to illustrate my frustration
of how absurd and extreme this is. OK?
I mean come on.
We can't lawfully carry handguns into a national park
for self defense, to deter would be attackers of the two and possibly four legged kind?
People have been attacked, kidnapped, murdered, raped and robbed in national parks.
I'd submit because the BGs know we are unarmed, and because,
well... bad guys go to national parks too and nobody's around.
So why not go have a 'little fun' with that couple and their kids camping just down stream.
Hell from what I seen, there's also major weed production in national parks as well.
And we all know what that brings.
OH NO... All those bad bad pot growers and all their illegal weapons.
(Psss. I think they got those guns from Mexico lol)
I say it's just another chip away at our freedoms.
I could of swore I read some document that said something to the effect of
my RTKBA not being infringed?
The point I'm trying to articulate is:
I'm just frustrated, sick and tired of the overreaching of the federal government
and I'm not at all comfortable with the way it's heading.
I'm tired of the constant attacks on our rights by the very government we employ
and it seems our letters do no good,
our votes don't count, and there's no common sense left at all in
the federal government.
These people are not protecting our constitutional rights.
On the contrary, IMO they are effectively doing away with them.
When are we as a people going to draw the line?
When is enough enough?
How far are we going to let them go before we say NO...
And they get the message, we damn well mean it.
