Sales for a small tech company that was somewhat recently purchased by a large tech company. We sell environmental & security products for sever rooms, data closets, telecom rooms, etc.

I traded in my 01 F150 Supercrew on a 06 Dodge 1500 Megacab. I was planning on buying a new F150 Supercrew, but the dealership wasn't willing to work on the price. My wife is a teacher (7th grade English & Reading & 6th, 7th, & 8th Reading Resource - Kids with dyslexia and other learning disabilities). She drives an 04 Acura MDX.

Work in a plant that produces automatic transmission components for Honda and Acura vehicles. With the great deal of overtime I am able to afford a few guns every now and then!

I am in pilot training, working toward my CFI ratings. In the meantime, I work in air charter sales/marketing and invest in real estate.

I've been driving a 2000 F150 for a little over a year and it's easily the best truck I've ever had!
Neoncowboy, if you're thinking of an airline job you'd better take good care of that F150 because it'll be the last truck you'll ever be able to afford. :(

R&D Project Manager for a Medical Foods Company. If you're a new bottle-feeding parent, or you're lying in a coma with a tube up your nose....I appreciate your business. :)

Insurance agent.

Governmental indoctri.....er, I mean HS Music teacher......;)

Front yard looks like a used car lot:

1992 Honda Accord, 338,000 miles. My urban camo vehicle for going to DC everyday.

2002 Passat, 78,000 miles. Wife's daily driver

2003 Jeep Liberty, 38,000 miles. My "going to the country" vehicle

1990 Dodge Dakota 230,000 miles. Ol' faithful.....not worth anything to anyone else, but priceless for hauling junk to the dump and picking up mulch.

Don't ask about our insurance bill. Might have to ditch the pickup and buy a trailer......

While we're all talking about our jobs, anyone have any leads on IT stuff in the Raleigh/Durham/RTP area? I am moving shortly and need a job. PM me for more details if you know of anything.

Everyone go buy Paint and Wood Stain.....RIGHT NOW !!!
Oooooohhh, too late. :(

In the last three months, during a remodel (of the place where I do what I do for a living),
I've gone through more cans of paint & stain than Bayer's got aspirins.

But now, that remodel is all most over.

And I'm so, so, so ready for it to be over... :banghead:

...so that I can get on with what I do for a living. ;) :D

I missed the vehicle aspect, too.

Work vehicle: '98 Freightliner FLD132 "Condo", Eaton Super 10, 500 Detroit (Screaming Green Leaker) with 975K miles on it. Only had the top off of the engine once for a head gasket. I pull a 48' Utility refer trlr. Both are paid for long ago.

Personal vehicles:

'04 Toyota SR5 Tundra double cab 2WD
'02 Camaro that rarely sees the great outdoors
'85 Skylark with 47K miles on it and looks just like new. It's our "puddle jumper" since nothing in town here is more than 10 blocks away.

Since I park my 18 wheeler about 300 feet from the house, I don't have a lot of commuting expenses. The most personal driving I do anymore is to IPSC matches in KC/Topeka/Omaha. Leaves more money for my gun hobby. A nephew has a 5 acre place a few miles out of town and I have a tgt setup in front of several of those big round hay bales. Pretty convenient.
